As an experienced mental health practitioner, I understand the challenges life can present. Yes, virtual sessions are available for clients in Washington, Texas, and Idaho. For those who are able to visit my office in Lacey, Washington (in Thurston County, right next to Olympia), I highly recommend in-person sessions.

My approach combines empathy and an open mind to shape a safe, effective therapeutic space.

My full fees are currently:

  • $160 for individual sessions, 50 to 55 minutes in length
  • $200 for relational sessions, 50 to 80 minutes
  • $100 per person for relational sessions with more than 2 people, 50 to 80 minutes


There are no requirements about how often you come to sessions or for how long. I may have recommendations, but the choice is always yours.


I have occasional space for discounted fees for people in financial need and who do not have health insurance. We determine those fees together, in conversation. Please note: If your insurer is a United Healthcare plan, the insurance industry does not allow you to determine your own fees. 

I am currently only in network with United Healthcare. I plan to transition to self-pay services only later in 2026. If you have a different health insurance provider, I can provide you with a statement that demonstrates the amount of sessions fees you have paid (some plans offer 'out-of-network' benefit reimbursement.)


As both a mental health provider and a healthcare consumer, I have strong opinions about the insurance industry in the United States. In short, therapy and counseling clients should bear in mind that your insurer ultimately has the right to your records (although their requests are not common.) Importantly, if you use your health insurance for my services, your insurer has the right to decide you do not need counseling or therapy (and in such cases, they will decline to cover your fees.)

You can book an appointment by contacting me directly via email. You are also welcome to leave a voicemail, but the quickest way to hear back from me is through email. You'll then be sent a form email that answers most prospective clients' first questions about working with me. After you've read through that email, if you want to move forward we'll schedule a free 10-to-15 minute phone call to cover remaining questions before we embark on your therapeutic journey.
