Tracy has written extensively for the Internet, beginning with About.com as their first Guide to Infertility (1997-2002) and as a Consultant to Moms Online (1998-2000), which became part of the Oxygen Media network. From those pioneering forays in infertility communications and Web publishing, bringing patients and experts together online, Tracy expanded her freelance availability to include health marketing and advertising, patient and public relations, and writing/editing for print consumer magazines. Creation and management of the website How to Make a Family has been Tracy's off-time sideline since 2002. Her most recent project, Pumpernickel Parents: Not Your Whitebread Reviewers©, is a collaboration of writing colleagues who review products, services, and books pertinent to family life and human development.
